Offline Admission Process

1. The Prospectus and Offline Admission Application Form can be obtained from the Principal’s Office, Shia P.G. College, Sitapur Road Campus, Lucknow as well as from Victoria Street Campus, Nakkhas, Shia P.G. College, Lucknow, after cash deposit of Registration Fee.
2. The applicants have to submit the hard copy of the duly filled Offline Admission Application Form, alongwith enclosures, in the same office, from where they have obtained the form.

Online Registration

1. Filling of Online Admission Application Form by the Applicant
   on the Admission Portal www.shiapgcollege.ac.in or College
   website www.shiacollege.org after 48 hours of Depositing the
   Registration Fee.
2. The applicant should have following information in hand before filling the Online Admission Application form:-
   (a) Marksheets of educational qualifications.
   (b) The copy of the e-Receipt Collect Payment, on which State Bank Collect Reference No. is mentioned (if the applicant has deposited Online Registration Fee through Net Banking / ATM-cum-Debit Card).
   (c) The details of Annual Income of father/mother/guardian.
   (d) Information regarding nearest Police Station and Railway Station.
   (e) Caste, Sub Caste, Sect etc.
   (f) Resident of Urban / Rural area.
   (g) According to latest U.P. Govt. order, the applicants who want to apply for Scholarship (General/ SC/ST/OBC/Minority Category), of U.P. Govt./Govt. of India, they have to provide their Aadhaar Card No. alongwith their Bank Account details such as Name of Bank in which the account of the applicant is operative, Bank Branch Name, Bank I.F.S.C. Code and Bank Account No.
   (h) At the time of filling of Online Admission Application Form for Under Graduate Courses (B.A/ B.Sc.-Maths/ B.Sc.-Bio./ B.com. /B.B.A.(I.B.), High School and Intermediate Marksheets, scanned in jpg or jpeg format, which have to be uploaded
   compulsorily.
