1. You must be citizen of India to apply for DDA Housing Scheme.
2. Minimum age to apply for DDA Housing Scheme is 18 Years old.
3. You must have a PAN Card.
4. There is no income criteria. Applicants can apply as per requirement and affordability.
5. You should not have any other residence on your name in Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment.

2. Now select Locality, where you want to book flat.
3. Select Sector, Pocket and then click on continue button.
4. Now check Layout plans and other details.
5. After that, select Block where you want to purchase your flat.
6. Then, click on available flats in green button.
7. Now click on hold flat button.
8. After that, fill the DDA Housing Scheme Form with required details.
9. And lastly make payment to hold the flat under DDA Housing Scheme.
