• All the students who have taken admission in 1st year (except Lateral Entry & Integrated course) are eligible to apply for PMSS Application Form.
• Eligible students must apply online on KSB web portal www.ksb.gov.in .
• Candidates who wants to apply for PMSS, should have scored 60% and above in Minimum Educational Qualification (MEQ) i.e 10+2 / Diploma / Graduation.
• Students studying in 2nd and subsequent years are not eligible.
• Only students who are Dependent Wards / Widows of Ex Servicemen & Ex Coast Guard personnel are eligible for DESW Scholarship.
• Wards of Civilians including Para Military Personnel are not eligible for PM Scholarship 2024.

Who Will Get Benefits of DESW Scholarship 2024-2025 ?

• Selected Wards & Widows of ESM / Ex Coast Guard personnel killed in action will get PM Scholarship.
• Children of ESM / Ex Coast Guard personnel disabled in action and boarded out of service with disability attributable to Military / Coast Guard service.
• Wards & Widows of ESM / Ex Coast Guard personnel who died while in service for causes attributable to Military / Coast Guard Service will get DESW Scholarship direct to Bank Account.
• Wards of ESM / Ex Coast Guard personnel who have disabled in service with disability attributable to Military / Coast Guard Service.
• Eligible Wards & Widows of ESM / Ex Coast Guard personnel who get gallantry awards.

Eligible Courses For DESW Scholarship – PMSS

• Professional Degree Courses like BE, B Tech, BDS, MBBS, B Ed, BBA, BCA, B Pharma, etc. duly recognized by the respective Government Regulatory Bodies, such as All India Council for Technical Education, Medical Council of India, UGC etc are eligible for DESW Scholarship.
• PMSS is not available for Master Degree Courses except MBA / Management / MCA Courses.
• Students studying abroad are not eligible for this PM Scholarship Scheme. Distance Learning course is not allowed under PMSS. PM Scholarship is available for One Course only.

Minimum Eligible Marks in MEQ For DESW Scholarship 2024-2025

All the applicants who are looking to apply online for DESW Scholarship or PM Scholarship Scheme 2024-2025 must have minimum 60% marks in MEQ (Minimum Educational Qualification). The department will take all subjects to check total marks. If you are not having 60% Marks after totaling marks of all subjects, than you are not eligible to apply for PM Scholarship.
